Final Exam Schedule

Semester Exams are Thursday and Friday, Dec 15th and 16th. The schedule is listed below. 

Semester Exam Dismissal Policy

In order for students to leave early after an exam, they must bring a note or have an email sent to Mrs. Johnston in the office for verification on or before Wednesday, December 15th.  Notes will not be accepted after 3:05 p.m. on that day. If your student is exempt from all finals, no note is needed. Students will not be allowed to call home to sign out on the day of an exam.   

Students have had the opportunity to be exempt from final exams by meeting the following criteria.

• Maintained an 80% average or above in any given course each quarter of the semester

• Students must not have more than 4 tardies.

•  Must have accumulated 4 or fewer absences for the semester per class. 

  •  Absences will not include those out for funerals and certain medical excuses, such as documented concussion protocols, with administrative approval

• Students cannot have had any major referrals. Any student who has a major referral (including those for tardies) will be required to take all semester exams.

Students who DO NOT take finals without an exemption will receive an incomplete for the semester and be forced to retake the class.

ALL STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING OUT IF THEY ARE EXEMPT AND MUST VERIFY WITH THEIR TEACHERS.

5th-period study hall: 9:13 – 10:07

8: 10:09 – 11:10
