Beginning July 1, online registration will be open for all new and returning students. We will not be offering in-person registration this year. If you don't have access to a device or internet to complete the registration process, please go to your child's building between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM beginning August 5 to complete the registration process.

New Students: Access the New Family Registration here to provide some basic information in order for us to create a record for your student(s). Once received, an admin will approve you for online access. You'll then receive an email inviting you to log in and finish the registration process.

Returning Students: Log into your TeacherEase (SchoolInsight) account and complete the normal registration process. You'll receive a reminder upon logging in.

Residency Documentation will be required for ALL students. Please upload documents on TeacherEase during registration. If you are unable to upload documentation, you may email it to abalfour@sangamonvalley.org, your child’s building secretary or take physical copies to your child’s building between August 5 and August 9. Your child will not be able to start school until we have the appropriate documents on file.

Any families that have outstanding balances should have those paid prior to registering your student(s) for the new year. Outstanding balances may cause delays in registration due to your account being disabled. Please contact your child's school building with questions/concerns.

Building offices will be closed until July 31, however the district office will remain open. If you have issues with the registration process, please contact:
