We have found our way! I’ve almost mastered all the new names and we are rockin’ our way into week #3 at SVI!

Our first Spirit Wear Friday of the school year was a success!

On August 17 from 5:30 to 7:00, meet your teacher and drop off your supplies! Mimi’s Frosty will be there from 6:15 to 7:00.

Online registration will open Monday, July 17 for returning students. In-person registration will be held August 8 in each school building.

I hope that you have had a relaxing summer and have had an opportunity to spend time with family and friends. It has been a busy summer as we continue to make improvements to our facilities and fill teaching positions.

Third grade rocked out persuasive writing with a friendly class vs. class competition, all grade levels are working through cause and effect, multi step math problems are a focus too!

SVI 5th graders, along with their teachers and engineer (Mr. West) took 2nd place in the Rube Goldberg Showcase last weekend! Their hard work created a wonderful learning opportunity and great honors!

This week was fast and furious! We were able to crush our goals for this week: Wax museum, valentine parties, R.E.A.L. assembly, fundraiser delivery, reading, math, science, social studies, and writing.
