Sangamon Valley CUSD #9 is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve as our High School Secretary.

High School final exams will be December 18-20, 2023.

Sangamon Valley is currently seeking a high school principal, bookkeeper, administrative assistant, and substitute teachers.

SVHS is excited to present Homecoming 2023! Events will include the Coronation/Bonfire, Parade/Football Game, and Dance.

The FFA is once again selling mums. Orders can be placed through FFA members or by using this online order form.

As we start the new school year at SVHS I wanted to reach out to parents of both incoming freshmen and returning upperclassmen in regard to procedures and expectations at the high school level.

Online registration will open Monday, July 17 for returning students. In-person registration will be held August 8 in each school building.

I hope that you have had a relaxing summer and have had an opportunity to spend time with family and friends. It has been a busy summer as we continue to make improvements to our facilities and fill teaching positions.
